institution funded mainly by supporters in the United States and India.

As of 2009/2010, degree programs are offered in the arts, sciences including biotechnology, business and a college of education was added
in 2007/2008. Business programs at the bachelors level were added in
2009/2010. A college of health sciences, a college of law, a college of
computer and information systems, and a college of environment sciences
are envisioned in the next five years. It is also a goal of the college to
become a women's university with all the above faculties in place by 2015.
